Tether E71 to Windows 7 via Bluetooth

Today I accepted a challange to get a Windows 7 laptop connected to the internet by Bluetooth tethering to a Nokia E71 phone. I was impressed how quick and easy the entire process was.

I was using a Toshiba laptop (with built in Bluetooth) running Windows 7 RTM, and using a Nokia E71 mobile phone. Here’s how I did it:
